    Lovely lake district whether

    As it was a lovely morning I popped out just up the road to broughton mills the hawks lovely woods in the Lake District which has a ancient settlements in the middle that Iv not been to for some time. And I pop the hammock up and made some coffee and soup and just hung about until the weather return to normal. So the gear is hanging up drying out in side now. But I got 4 hour out side at least 2day.

        Nice pics. It good to see people making the most of the patchy weather. Great way to pitch a tarp with a middle pole.

          I'd like to say the pole was intended but the two trees I tied of to were close together so the tarp had some sag in it. The only spare cord I had was a length of dyneema which I was not willing to cut to make two lengths so I cud of used to poles instead of the trees.
