Only ever bought TW but have considered others. What I like about the Hornet is its all round build, quality and price. The TW Hornet looks to be more thought out in the design stages. Its more than just a basic hammock with mossi net as the extra added features make it more desirable. The mossi net has adjusters and it either covers the whole hammock or there was an option to buy one with covered ends in the same colour as the hammock. If you don't want to use a mossi net, just turn the hammock over and use it without. Its certainly not lightweight compared to the other stuff on the market but how many people really do hike miles with a hammock compared to a short distance walk to camp or car camping. I love my Hornet even though I fell through the mesh and had to sew it. That was down to a mate who thought it would be funny to rock me like crazy while I was in it !!. Its even got a tiny burn in the base layer about the size of a pea after I dropped melted plastic on it while I was burning the ends of some line. I went complete overkill on it with patches that were 4 x 2 on both sides of the nylon. After all that I still love my Hornet and look forward to seeing what new stuff TW has. Still looking at a bridge hammock though !!.

Always been a TW Hammock fan but finally received my Pak-it-lite hammock and tarp today and it puts all other hammocks to shame.

Review and pics to follow at later date

I've been using the same Hennessy Explorer classic velcro for eight years. Love it. Never let me down in any way. The tart has got a slight pull at one of the guy line points now and so I'll have to replace that fairly soon but looks like it's good for at least another decade.

Love my warbonnet blackbird xlc double layer. Especially with the interchangeable mozzi net and solid top.

Hi, can someone select pak-it-lite for me please as it won't allow me to do so? Thanks
