New to hanging......need a buddy in/ around Herts/ Beds area

Hola,

Just joined the forum, just got a hammock (it arrived today) after trying a mate's out at the weekend.

Know nothing about the art of a successful hang and I don't have access/ permission to any suitable local sites.

Anyone in the Herts/ Beds area who wouldn't mind some company (and a chance to pass on their know-how) etc. etc.

I can bring beer and biscuits if that helps ?? :-)

Steve, I am from Raunds in Northants, just over the Beds north border, where abouts are you?

A bit too far away, I'm in South Beds on the Herts/ Beds border.

Have you managed to find a permission local to you? (It seems the land owners of Herts and Beds are definitely not sympathetic.)
