    Hi from Jarra!

Stumbled across the site the other week whilst reading up on stuff that I don't (yet) understand haha
I'm in Jarrow, just outside of Newcastle/sunderland area. Bought a DD frontline about a year and a bit ago, which I loved when I used it first time, but last time I was out I couldn't help but feel my 6'4 frame struggled a bit...
Anyway, convinced the 'boss' to let me get another, so have just taken delivery of a ticket to the moon king size, which I've yet to test, but am looking forward to it.
I've got loads to learn - I don't understand half of what's being said with regard to hardwear on some of these sites, so hopefully this will be a good place to start

      Thanks!
Yeah I've seen a couple of his vids, need to make time to sit and watch through them all sometime. There's just so many different ways of doing the same thing, I'm constantly asking myself if what I'm doing is wrong because it seems too simple compared to some solutions! haha

There was a time when even our experts were beginners. Don't be shy, ask if something isn't clear enough to you.
          Welcome abord!

Welcome mate, as others have said, don't be afraid to ask questions there are some very knowledgeable and experienced hangers on the forum who I've certainly found only too willing to share their views/ wisdom.

Enjoy both the forum and your swinging, I hope to see pics. and a review of your new hammock soon.

                Cheers
                Steve

Another great source is The Ultimate Hang, get the book, or trawl around on his website,

Hello and welcome. I'm pleased you have taken delivery of your new hammock and look forward to hearing about your experience with it. Think you might be the first forum member on here with one.

                      Hi and welcome.
Just because there's lots of ways to do things, it doesn't mean your doing anything wrong. People just like to tinker and personalise their hang. Get out and enjoy it then you'll discover if you want to alter anything or not
