I saw this on a face book page and thought poor buggers. I know, I've been in similar situations. It can be a real trial and error when getting to pick and know the right gear for you cause there's nothing worse that being away from civilisation (as I try to be as often as poss) and having to do a McGiver to stay of the wet ground 😞

#4it does happen happened to a set I made there are several causes weak spot in the webbing where they swop out threads or just general wear & tear on the set I made id guess a weak spot in the webbing I just sent out a replacement set free of charge which are working great its like anything man made it can & often does break usually just when you need it most lol

#14I have been having DD gear now for over 10 years and I have always
been very pleased with their gear, but like most companies they do have problems from time to time, but I must state that when they do have a problem they react and sort the problem immediately which is magnificent. It's not having a problem it's how it is handled and Nick and Penny have always come out very professionally in this area.
