Following discussions and in order to make this a great meet we have teamed up with the Great British Bushcraft Group to make this a joint meet.

Can everyone who's coming or hoping to come put your names down here. Copy the list, post it in a new post with your name added.
Mike has kindly offered us a discount which makes the price £10 per night, children between 3 and 16- £5 per night, any younger is free.
Dogs are allowed as long as they are kept under control and the owner cleans up after them.
Payment can be made when you arrive at the site. If anyone wants to pay in advance then let me know and I will sort it out for you.
If you can't make the full weekend then feel free to come for as long as you want. It would be nice for as many people to meet as possible so if you can only make one night then that would be great.

Slight change of plan, I'm now bringing my 11 year old granddaughter seeing as other kids are going.
She might bring a friend as well.
